They use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery for small parcels, and Parcelforce with their world renowned 48 hour service to deliver all other parcels. At present they are only able to service customers in the UK. If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact them within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases they will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. |
